The ‘Bunch’, organisers of the Shelford Feast, raised their glasses to the 2017 events at their final preparatory meeting this week. The Feast gets under way on Tuesday and ticket pre-sales point to another record-breaking year.
“Our best-ever programme and a new set-up on the recreation ground means Shelford is the place to be this week”, said Feast secretary Duncan Grey. “We have drama, music, comedy and a huge quiz. Plus a new range of Fringe events, which we hope to grow in future years.”
With nationally famous comedians and world famous musicians, the Feast is a village festival to be proud of. There are still a few tickets available in the shops and online and we expect most events to sell-out, so don’t risk waiting to get one on the door – there may not be any.
The Bunch look forward to seeing you in the Grand Marquee soon. Cheers!
