It is no exaggeration to say that the Shelford Feast would not happen without you.  Without the hundreds of volunteers and thousands of working hours it would not have been possible for the Feast to become the thriving festival we all love and look forward to.  We know that you volunteer because you see the community need, you love helping out and you also have a great time.  This makes the postponement of this year’s Feast that much harder.

From setting up the marquee, working on the door, serving drinks at the bar, cooking and serving food, tidying up every evening, taking down the whole event, to (even, no especially!) cleaning the toilets: your help is invaluable and hugely appreciated.  You know who you are, and so do we!  Thank you!

We will need your help more than ever when we finally reach July 2021.  The line-up is the biggest and most ambitious ever with the intention to sell-out every night.  When the time comes we hope to see you back in the Grand Marquee again, putting our little village on the map as one of the biggest and best community festivals around.

In the meantime keep your eyes and ears open because once we get through this we hope to have a big celebration, a ‘Mini-Feast’ if you like.  We hope it will be sometime this year, although we don’t know where and we don’t know when, but we WILL need your help!

To every volunteer from everyone on the Bunch: Thank You!
